Black cats are so friendly. I don't know why. Whenever I meet up with one, we always become friends. Good deal. Get him one of those "cat dancer" toys. Cheap, good fun.
Yes, the Humane Society gave me a cat dancer toy...or something on a wire anyway. He likes it. And i got him a laser light and he likes that too. And i bought him a tree house which he stared at for about 30 seconds before he was jumping all over it. He loves it! He is a good boy!
